02/01/2010 : Overseas player 2010 - Kyle Mcalister(posted by Neil Tegg)

I am delighted to announce that Kyle Mcalister from Australia will be joining us on Saturday's for the forthcoming season. Many of you will know Kyle as he has played for Mersham and Wye over the last couple of years - he is an excellent wicket keeper and an exciting attacking batsman - he has scored runs against us on more than one occasion !! He will be a great asset to the club and already gets on well with many of the players.

Kyle is coming actually coming back over to England early and will be here in just over two weeks time.

Our challenge is to help him find accommodation and a job. We have several enquries out at the moment but having said that if anybody is willing or knows of anybody who can put Kyle up or has any work contacts could they let me know as soon as possible as the more options there are the better. I have told Kyle we will do everything we can to help and it would be great if we could get something firmed up in the next week.
